Tips for Traveling with Pets

Please book vacation or leisure travel for you and your pet directly with the airlines.

Airlines limit the numbers and types of animals permitted to travel in cabin or as excess baggage. Ask your air carrier for their rules before booking your flight.

The country you plan to visit. Import requirements and documents vary widely. We can help with obtain any permit required. Completion of health certificates: We will prepare and complete all the necessary documents. We will also arrange all the veterinary visits, examinations, tests and treatments that are required before exporting your pet, including Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department endorsements before the flight.

Pets returning to Hong Kong - We will prepare an Import permit before departure and assist in booking cargo space for customs clearance and quarantine procedures upon arrival.
Pets in the Cabin
Cabin Travel: Some airlines allow pets to travel in the cabin with their owners. Ensure compliance with airline regulations regarding carrier size and other specific requirements.
Pets as checked baggage
Excess Baggage pets are only accepted when traveling with a passenger on the same flight - booked through the airline passenger reservation office at the time of passenger flight booking . Airlines regulate which pets can be accepted as excess baggage and may have restrictions regarding size or breed .
Pets as Manifest Cargo
For larger pets or when cabin travel is not possible, pets can be checked-in as cargo. Follow the airline's guidelines for cargo travel, including proper crate preparation and documentation.
